Due to health problems I have severe constipation. Most medications cause cramping, bloating, painful and embarrassing. This tea has a pleasant flavor and is gentle in its action. Now on to the benefits - you're not going to drop fifteen pounds from drinking tea. But if you're on a diet or have a cheat weekend that's left you feeling bloated, it'll definitely help cleanse. So with a steady workout and healthy diet, it does the trick. Its helped me get past weight loss plateaus when needed. I definitely recommend giving Zen Cleanse or any of Budda Teas varieties a try.

The product packaging is outstanding and was exactly as described. Although I have no way to confirm the actual contents of the tea bags, I assume the ingredients are exactly as described. If so, I like the added features like GMO free, bleach free, etc. The tea has a good flavor too. Hopefully my liver will benefit over time
