Torca AccuSeal Exhaust Band Clamp - 3" 430 Stainless Steel

These clamps are used by Harley Davidson to clamp their mufflers to the exhaust pipe on all Harleys. Magnaflow uses them in their kits.When tightening these clamps, there is a specific torque to be applied which can be found on their website. However many guys just tighten until the gaps disappear between the spacer and strap loops. I recommend torquing for best results.I used two to clamp down a new Flowmaster muffler and they worked perfect. One year later they are still doing a great job.The best part about these clamps is that they do not distort the pipe and so if you want to disassemble the pipes it is much easier. Torca does recommend using new clamps each time one is removed.

Excellent to replace your stretched(should replace after using once or twice) so they don’t leak....or for replacing broken hardware.

I love these because it make a $500 dollar exhaust system removeable. This also make swapping mufflers easy! Only clamps to use. They provide a solid 360 degree seal. Would go back to saddle clamps if I have the choice. Definitely worth the extra cost. I don't understand why when you spend $500 for a stainless system they don't provide these with it.
