Does this have caffeine? Only brand of l-theanine that keeps me up at night, I see a review that says the same, and online articles mention many do.

Caffeine is NOT listed amongst the ingredients. My partner and I both take this and we have no issues with it - however we take all our supplements and medications first thing in the morning.
