YUYO Automatic Touchless Liquid Soap and Hand Sanitizer Dispenser, Battery-Operated

I really liked my first soap dispenser so I purchased another one. However, Iencountered a problem with the second one so I reached out to YUYO and thecompany’s founder worked with me to resolve it. Turns out the batteries I used(Duracell) did not work for some reason, even though they were brand new. So Iswitched those batteries to Procell, which I used in the first dispenser, andeverything worked fine. I was very happy with the level of customer serviceprovided by YUYO. The founder was highly responsive and communicated with meuntil I was satisfied. If your soap dispenser doesn’t seem to work, try a differentbrand of battery because it worked for me.

I bought this dispenser after reading the reviews. It's not too big so I put it near my kitchen sink. All the others I saw online pretty much look the same so I thought I'd take a chance on this one. I like that it has two settings to control the amount of soap that comes out. The instructions says that it doesn't take foaming or micro-bead soap though. That might be a problem for some buyers. While it's still too early to tell if this soap dispenser is the real deal, so far it's been doing a good job for me. I'm giving it 5 stars for now and will update my review once I get more use out of it.

This is my 3rd touchless hand soap dispenser. The first one lasted 4 years the second last only 3 months ( I went cheap). I purchased the YUYO based on the excellent reviews, appearance and dispenser size. So far I love it. It came promptly, is attractive, dispenses the soap perfectly and seems to be a quality dispenser. Time will tell, but I consider this to be as good as the one from Simple Human that I paid twice as much for. If my opinion should change I will write another review.

Just got my soap dispenser the other day and love it already! Not only does it keep everyone’s hands clean, but it helps to keep my bathroom sink area clean as well! I always have a lot of friends over and after everyone leaves, the guest bathroom sink is pretty messed up. But no longer! Anyway, the unit I have is black with chrome so it pretty much matches everything. I’m going to contact YUYO to find out if they plan on selling other colors in the future as this might make a good gift for my friends who have kids. There is a somewhat clear, slightly frosty, soap tank that shows you how much soap is left in the dispenser which is pretty useful too. I must say that it really is a good product. All I know is that post-party clean ups will be a little easier now that I have this automatic soap dispenser in my bathroom.

I have tried many. The only ones I found previously that were any good were the Simple Human, and they are way too expensive because they also fail after a while. So far this one keeps working like a champ. I use it in the kitchen to avoid cross-contamination from poultry, and the kitchen is far more demanding than the bathroom because I'll wash my hands at least five times in the preparation of a meal plus the several times of use when cleaning up the non-dishwasher utensils, plastic items etc. The sound it makes is a little irritating, but that's two seconds a squirt. I can manage that.

We really enjoy using this soap dispenser. In fact we got two more of them based off of the first one we bought. I'm a but surprised how much more expensive they are now considering that we got them for $28, just a about a year ago. That being said we were wondering if you offer a replacement tank cover? The twist cover top, separated from the lower piece that locks into place, and we have to pry it out of the tank opening to refill the tank. Otherwise it is still working perfectly, and does a great job at our kitchen sink!Thank you Very MuchJeff

The YUYO works fabulously - but more importantly is the service rendered from the company. My second shipment of YUYO's, none of them worked. I sent an email (on Saturday night) to YUYO and they responded in 5 minutes. Listening to my description that the electronics were not working, they sent me (2) new ones immediately - the story doesn't end here - it wasn't the YUYO's - the brand new Duracell batteries I purchased didn't work; I substituted old Energizers and the YUYO's worked as advertised. Through this entire episode, the YUYO team stood with us. It is a great product because it is backed by great people.

This was an impulse purchase after my wife got angry with me for breaking our pump dispenser. This works really well! There is no mess and it automatically dispenses the right amount of soap to get the job done. No more gobs of dripped soap all over my sink! Would absolutely recommend this product and would purchase again.
