Excellent meter
Very good build quality, range, resolution and accuracy. Being factory calibrated, I still perform a cal check routinely and find it dead-on accurate for 222mV standard. The display is large, clear and easy to read.Regarding another reviewer who marked the meter down due to salt residue on the probe - that salt is Potassium Chloride, which is the storage solution for the probe. As KCl dries out, it becomes a white salt. Simply rinse with water to remove.

Positive and Negative Readings
The meter works fine. I've checked different fluids and I'm getting positive and negative readings. I used alkaline water to test for the negative readings. One reading was -599. The meter comes with a bottle of storage fluid, but I brought more as well. It comes with the probe, but it's not shown in the picture. It comes with a 9 volt battery too.

It’s a hassle to order and be unable to used the item after waiting and being disappointed!
There was a crystallized residue on what I thought was a brand new device! It looked to have been broken. I wasn’t happy when I received it!

Will definitely step up to the next higher model next time
I would definitely spend the couple of extra bucks and step up to the non economy one next time (MW802). This one only reads PPM to about 1800 or so, then it reads and error message. Other wise it's a great little meter.
