Great for catching any food and/or water from feeding bowls. Hygienic and easy to clean. I have two small kittens and they can be messy eaters this mat keeping things tidy

Exactly what was needed
Well our pup likes to spread his buscuits about and eat them on the floor next to the bowl and dribble when drinking so this is now perfect for keeping all of that contained and off the floor. Its easy to wipe and has a slight lip on it so keeps the liquid contained when there is a spill. It arrived superfast and much appreciated.

Easy to clean
I didn’t buy this product for my dog instead I use it to line my draining dish rack as it fits snuggly on my work top. It is to protect the work top from water mark and discolouration.

An excellent placemat for my dog's dishes
I have a very small space to put my dog's dishes and every mat I looked at to go under them was so Big! I thought this might be too small when I ordered it, but it is the perfect size for two dog dishes and to contain the spills he causes (I do have to say that he's not one that lifts his muzzle from the water dish dripping with water--I had a dog like that and I don't know if this would have contained her messes). I like that it has a little lip, water doesn't just slide off it onto the floor. The silicone keeps the water on the mat so it's easy to mop up if there's too much (usually I just leave it and it dries). And it's super easy to clean--I just wipe it off with a damp rag. If I don't want it out when guests come, I just roll it up and put it under the sink. This little mat works perfectly for my dog and the space I have for his dishes.

My cat is playing with his water all the time and used to make a mess. With this mat the mess is restricted inside the mat. I recommend it.
