A great option for people who are looking for coconut free vitamin D. My son has been able to absorb this much better than pediatric brands with no GI distress.

Love this. Easy on the digestion and stomach. Use it first thing in the morning, under my tongue for a minute and then swallow. Has really improved my vitamin D levels.

I purchased this because I was looking for a liquid vitamin D supplement. This is a oily liquid with a light unpleasant taste. I don't really care for drink oil based products, and this is surely an oil. I've been taking if for about a month now. I'm not seeing too much of a result, I'll stick with the pills
