It didn't help me but it may help others with a better milk supply
I didn't notice any difference with these but that may not be reason enough to not give them a high score. My milk just dried up. I'm sure this will help someone with a milk supply. It just didn't help me.

Goat's Rue helps
I certainly cannot complain as Goat's Rue is the only supplement that really helps with increasing my low milk supply (builds mammary tissue).
