Not silicone gel
This seat is not a silicone get seat. Its a hard foam seat which may be of some relief if you are using it on a thin, narrow bicycle seat but really is no different to a standard bicycle seat.

Not great.
It was okay for the price. It wasn’t overly cushioned. Felt it was a bit hard. It was a little pointless to be honest. It did secure on the seat but not great. I wouldn’t buy again and I wouldn’t recommend it to my friend. I actually sold my spin bike and the buyer asked if the seat was included and I said, “yes, of course, but it doesn’t provide much relief”. Hope this helps.

This is useless. I just received it and put it right away in the trash bin. The item does not feel homogenious + it feels hard (i.e. a mix of silicon and solid stuff).
