These are a great way to try the different woods from mild to strong. Each cup is plenty for several smokes. I use a large TB in my stove top smoker. Hickory is the strongest, best for ribs, pulled pork. Mesquite is for fish. Mild woods are the cherry, apple and maple. I use the mild woods for vegetables, corn on the cob, and potatoes. I like the small containers, I can use them while they're fresh. I'll order more. Great stuff!
