Long-lasting, great value ink that prints great!
It’s so nice to “feed” my Epson ET-8550 printer with this relatively inexpensive ink, knowing it will print for a LONG time before the colors need refilled. The ink is great, and prints very nicely on high quality paper, though colors are slightly muted when using standard copy paper. Eco-tank printers are definitely the way to go, and Epson’s price for this ink is very reasonable and much cheaper than non-eco-tank printers. I prefer OEM to knock-off ink, and the knock-offs are not very much less expensive than this OEM ink like it is with non-eco-tank printers. Highly recommend this item, and Evo-tank printers in general.

My Go-To Ink for Photo Printing
Look, I'm all about a good photo, and getting the right ink is key. I've been using the EPSON 552 EcoTank Ink Combo Pack, and it's everything. It's not just ink; it's an investment. The colors are so vibrant and true to life, making my photos pop just the way they should. And the best part? The sheer amount of ink you get is incredible. I've been printing like crazy, and it just lasts. It's a real game-changer. I love not having to worry about running out of ink right in the middle of a project. If you're serious about printing great photos with your EcoTank ET-8550, this is the only way to go. Trust me on this one.

Good Refills for My Epson 8850
These are good refills for my Epson 8850! The ultra-high capacity bottles last a long time, so I don't have to worry about constantly buying more ink. The five color combo pack has everything I need in one purchase, which is convenient.

Excellent Ink, lasts long, versatile
With the Ecotank line up of printers (I have the ET-8550) Epson has abandoned the “razor blade” model and makes its profit upfront on the printer. Since an ink charge typically lasts a year or longer (I sometimes have to buy an extra “Photo Gray” bottle) ink cost is no longer an issue: nor would I take a chance with third party ink. I was a former photography teacher for 35 years and between digitized film images and digital photos I have over 70,000 images in my photo library, so I print a lot! I also print on a wide range of media, including (recently) paper cut from large commercial rolls of dry lab photo paper or coated canvas that I’ve found at a local retail surplus re-seller at incredibly low prices. This includes HP, Fuji, Pakor and Epson products (Epson Exhibition Canvas) that are not recommended for this printer or ink but work fine. The rear feeder on the printer also allows the use of very thick media (the exhibition canvas is 420 g/m2 or gsm (grams per square meter, a higher number is thicker, plain paper is around 20 g/m2). Of course these media products perform best with their recommended inks and printers, but the point is they also work just fine on my printer with this ink.

Good Ink
This is very reliable Epson ink. It doesn't smudge, is bright, and is perfect for my printer. I've never used anything but this ink in my Epson printer (will not risk negating the warranty), but definitely wonder if another off-brand ink will work just as well. It performs well, but I'm not convinced that it's excellent value overall. It is certainly easy to use. Refilling is very easy with minimal ink leakage.

I’ve been using the Epson T552 dye colour ink combo pack for my Epson EcoTank printer, and it’s been a fantastic experience so far. The combo includes all the essential colors—Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, Photo Black, and Grey—perfect for high-quality photo and color printing. The colors are vibrant and true-to-life, especially for photo printing on glossy paper. I use my printer heavily for both business and personal projects, and these bottles last a long time—a single refill set goes much further than traditional cartridges. Filling the EcoTank is clean and hassle-free, thanks to the spill-free bottle design, and I’ve never had any leaks or messes during the refill process. This pack is also a much more affordable option in the long run compared to regular ink cartridges, especially if you print frequently. Highly recommend this combo pack if you want consistent, high-quality results and excellent value for money!

I always buy genuine Epson inks for my printer...it's the best!

It is what it is—genuine Epson ink. I only use 100% genuine ink, and from my experience, doing so results in great prints and a longer-lasting printer. The Epson EcoTank system is the only one I buy genuine ink for because there’s no point in being cheap with aftermarket ink. Considering it lasts long and somewhat reasonably priced fairly. For any other printers including regular Epson inkjet printers, I use third-party ink because their prices are criminal and deserve competition. In my opinion, if a company sells something at a fair price and provides good perceived and experienced value, customers will buy genuine ink. But if they feel cheated, they’ll look for third-party alternatives.

The 10x OEM markup is quite substantial but I pay extra to not lose sleep gambling over print head clogs and false ICC profiles/colors.
