I have multiple food allergies but also wanted to supplement some added protein. The limited ingredients and low carbs was a big part of deciding to get this as I wasn't allergic to any of the contents. I've been using this for a few years at this point and I hope they continue to keep the high quality and small ingredient list well into the future.I had sent my original feedback via email and the CEO did respond, along with the Peptin study and extra information. Very nice gentleman.

I bought this for a lot of reasons....to help my brittle nails, my hair and maybe my joints. My nails are getting stronger, as is my hair, although nothing noticed about joints yet. I mix it with milk or almond milk, a small frozen banana and 2 TBSP flax meal for a quick breakfast, and it really tastes very good and is filling. I went to the Protein Essentials website, and they also had a mocha flavor, as well as a better price . I will continue to use this as it is a lot easier and tastier than starting from scratch with a collagen supplement and adding stuff

I follow a Keto lifestyle and, although this product does contain some sugars, the carb count is low enough for me to fit it into my macros. I drink one shake every day for breakfast and make it 'bulletproof' with 1 TBS coconut oil and 1 TBS grass-fed butter. I also add a dash of vanilla, sea salt, almond milk, heavy whipping cream, and ice. It is delicious and keeps me satisfied until lunch.I will say that when I first tried it, it was very sweet. But I got used to it quickly. The flavor is pleasant, not beefy at all. Dissolves well except for those bottom-of-the-bag flakes that end up in my last couple of scoops. As for it's effects, I have noticed a marked difference in my knees and feet...much less achy...and my nails definitely grow faster. I only gave it 4 stars because of the cost. Maybe if it lasted me a whole month, I could better justify it. That being said, I will be ordering my 3rd bag today.

It stays a little clumpy in a shaker bottle, but the taste is great and I'll definitely buy it again.

I work out every day and if I'm not working out I'm on the golf course. This protein gives me energy all day and really sets to cut down on recovery time. It makes a great breakfast alternative and the best part is it being all natural with non of the artificial junk that is in most of the protein from GNC. Highly recommend this product along with all the other products from Protein Essentials.

I am getting close to 50 and am all about my health these days. Hydrolysed collagen protein has been a life saver in helping to curb my appetite and weight. This chocolate flavor is amazing in my iced coffee. I buy it regularly.
