It's held together with rubber bands. It's great as a desk organizer but I'd never put my monitor on it. I tried it and I just watched the wood bow and went "no thanks. I love this monitor". It just looked like the whole thing was going to break when I wasn't around.

This item comes in a lot of little pieces, then you put the pieces together and use little rubberbands to keep the puzzle pieces in place. Thats when you realize, "Wow this is absolute junk". Within 5 minutes of having it built one of my employees came in and laughed at it. If this was $5 it still wouldn't be worth it.
