Great Blood Pressure Machine
This is the best Blood Pressure machine. We have two of them. His and Hers. We have to monitor blood pressure daily and highly reccomend. We keep a journal for the Dr on our daily vitals. Took the machines to our Dr to have it checked out to see if our blood pressure matched the one in the Dr's office. Both machines checked out. So, if you do decide on this machine, please take it to your Dr. and have him check it out. It has three different size cuffs. Large, Small and one for children.

Expected a New Unit
This unit has the appearance of a return/refurbished/used item. The LCD screen has the protective plastic missing. The screen has smudges all over it. A returned/refurbished/used item needs to be declared in the description. It appears from other reviews that this is not an isolated occurrence. I ordered the same unit recently and it was in perfect condition. I am returning this unit but will order another one with expectations of receiving a new unused unit!

No Customer Service
We bought this device for my mother in law. While easy to use, with normal daily use over 5-6 months, the blood pressure cuff developed a leak. I emailed Contec, based in China, for assistance with replacement. They did not reply.

Does not work
Will not read a blood pressure. Keeps saying leak. I’m a nurse. I know how to take blood pressures.

Stop working
I am a nurse and thought this would be a good for my family because it has different size cuffs for adults and children. It’s a waste of money DO NOT BUY IT. I stopped working after 2 use it doesn’t come on with batteries and when it’s plugged in it says power low. How can it be low if it’s plugged in? I contacted the manufacturer and they did nothing. Amazon please do not allow anyone to sell this item on your platform. I attached picture of the screen when it is plugged in
