Our iron has T3 Rapid HeatIQ, which is a smart microchip that actively monitors heat fluctuations to ensure temperature consistency throughout the styling process. Do I have to buy an adapter?

Good news! Our Lucea 1" flat iron comes with AutoWorld Voltage which means it ca be used around the world! You would only need a plug adapter to match the outlets of the country you're visiting, but no voltage converter or transformer is required!

I purchased similar T3 @costco but it simply ceased working in 4 months. Is this common?

If you bought this at Costco simply take it back and ask for an exchange or return. They’ll do it without issue. That’s where I got mine and it still works wonderfully!
