This was a great buy. The COB light covers a wide angle which makes it so easy when outdoor camping, cooking, setting up tent. You dont have to keep moving your head to aim the light, your whole area will be lit up. Its super bright and even the lower brightness is bright. Even though it is bright and on your forehead, it does not cause any glare/strain to your eyes. Bonus feature they have a sensor that can be turned on or off, so if u are going to be working and your hands are messy, you can wave your hand near the sensor to turn on and off the light. addition torch is on the side which is okay to have if u want to see out a little further, not the brightest , but i didnt buy it for that purpose anyways.

Used this on a hiking trip where conditions were basic. Motion sensor light is extremely sensitive. But recommend the product.
