Best fitness book out there . Easy and efficient .
Great for people of all age . No matter what you health status is . You might be a beginner or not , this book is just excellent. This is the book I was looking for . Yet to start. But reading it encouraged me to strength train .

High Marks for this Easy-to-Read Book to Improve Your Life
Dr. Jo and Pat Tillman together have written an easy to understand book packed with powerful information. A simple 15-minute work-out program coupled with good nutrition makes this little book a must-read for anyone interested in improving their health. This is not the first book I have read on the 15-minute program, but it is the first I thoroughly understood. Written in an easy style that gives you a step by step plan. Thank you for this gift of good health.

Just 15 Minutes a Week for Good Health
I appreciated the history and physiological background of the books premise: you can be fit in 15 minutes per week. The instructions are clear and easy to follow. Personal commitment is required, but the regimen is not impossible. I was skeptical, but the program is certainly doable! Everyone has 15 minutes out of a busy week to devote to improved health and longevity!
