I have a 99 obs Chevy suburban , 5.3 vortec ls swap truck is bagged lays frame this pan gives over 5" shorter clearance than the 5.3 truck/suv oem pan.Only issue i ran into, the pick up tube gave some clearance issue when sliding the oil pan on with the transmission attached, it would rub on the windage tray, I cut some off and it cleared with no issue, oring worked great and kit has two bolts vs oem is one for the pick up mounting bracket.

Seems to be made and machined well. Plenty of clearance on a OBS with DD mounts.

This is a very nice pan it comes with everything you need. I would definitely recommend this for anyone that needs a pan for a swap.

2 damaged pans ..not well packaged. I could make the 2nd one work but had to use a file on the gasket surface to fix dent. Feels cheep pot metal. Will do just fine on my stock 5.3 in a jeep with a skid plate but I would be unhappy with this product if I was building a high hp go or show car.. but then again it was super cheep.

This oil pan is excellent quality and everything fit as it should on my 5.3 s10. I have ran it a few times and there are no leaks. You will want a pf48 oil filter.

Works perfect on a Chevy OBS ls swap it’s the exact same one as Holley but without the name brand on it and it’s made very well love it thank you
