For example, lately I have been adding Chia seeds to my drinks. She has an entire section dedicated to this. She provides information on the basics of juicing, juicing for your health and much more. I'm a simplistic person and I love how easy to use and functional this book is. Her passion for juicing truly shines through and I appreciate the fact that she is sharing her knowledge and expertise. The book is so beautiful too with colorful pictures. I got bored with my juices and I stopped jucing for a few months. With this book I've been juicing everyday again. And I feel wonderful.

Best juicing recipe book I have ever seen!
I love this book! Juicing has been a true benefit in my life but I'm not exactly creative with my recipes. Vanessa provides a wide variety of recipes and pictures. Love it!!

Wow. . . Just Wow!
I thought I knew a thing or two about juicing, having been juicing for a number of years. This book has taken me much deeper into the world of juicing. I've been making quite a few different juicing recipes - all of which are great and I recommend. But Vanessa Simkins has opened up a whole new world for me! Things like adding chia seeds or tumeric. The variety of produce in her recipes is exciting to me. Yes, for sure, if you are into juicing, you need this book! I have learned so much from it.

Tons of recipes and good for newbies!
I really love the look of this book, plus all the recipes to choose from. But what I probably like MOST about it is that it makes the whole world of juicing accessible to a newbie like me. A friend recently gave us a pretty pricey juicer, and although I'm enthusiastic about it, I have no idea what to do with it! This book is providing just the right about on information, a nice "you can do it" style, and a whole bunch of delicious-looking recipes. Recommended to juicers and would-be juicers alike.

Love this book because it has so many varieties of drinks to do. Fruit Juice, Smoothies, and more. this book would had been better if she included the benefits of the different blends.

One of the best parts is the index
I received my book about 3 weeks ago, and have been enjoying it more than any other juicing resource I have ever had. One of the best parts is the index. I can get a clear picture of recipes available using specific items. A decent index is rare in juicing books, for some reason. There are a variety of recipes using all kinds of readily available items, and the color photographs are lovely. As I write this review, I am drinking a juice from the book containing beets, beet greens, apples, and zucchini. It was a little sweet for my taste, so I added lemon juice. Delicious! Imagine how much nutrition you can get in a quick and easy manner. I don't do a lot of cooking, so juicing is important to me.

i love this book and i know nothing about juicing
I am on chemotherapy and have no energy to make food but I can juice. I already had a juicer and I thought I was going to die with the amount of nutrition I wasn't getting and consider the Gerson therapy was all about juicing. I went to hydrate and loved the green juice so this is what I do green juice. But I'd like a little variety and she explains things to you. Like putting the lemon into the green juice with the skin on gives you the essential oil for the immune system but taking off the peel will make a nicer tasting juice. I want maximum nutrients and immune boost so I need some book like this which can tell me which vegetables and fruits to do what and how to prepare them. This book has that nutrition information that I needed. Good buy. And yes I discovered I had more energy, not much, but felt a little better so it was worth a glass of juice a day. Not that hard to clean the juicer. Nobody likes my juice because its weighted towards nutrients and immune boost and not taste but I don't mind. You need the first chapter which explains these nutrient things. And guess what you can add tumeric to your juice which is really good for the immune system and anticancer so next time I am going to add tumeric root to my juice. What's not to like. More immunity for me Yay!. Kill that cancer with the juice. I have tried wheatgrass and I am not a cow. I will not drink grass. But tumeric would be a welcome addition. This will be better than chemotherapy.

Fantastic book! As a newcomer to juicing
Fantastic book! As a newcomer to juicing, this book is the best, and one of my favorites. Before this book, I would go to the grocery store and buy a few vegetables to juice, but overlook most of them, having no idea how to use them. Now I look through the book and create a shopping list. This book takes Vanessa's YEARS of experience and knowledge and puts it in a format that is super easy to read and FULL of information. She could have named it the Encyclopedia of Juicing! This is one of those books that I will let anyone read, but there's no way it's leaving my house! I will never buy store-bought juice, lemonade, chia beverages, or soda again, because now I can make my own in a much healthier version.

A juice encyclopaedia
This is the ultimate guide to juices. I love juice but had very little experience with making my own, this was the perfect place to start and, probably end (I find it hard to believe there are any juices not included here!). This book is way more than just a compendium of recipes. It is full of information on the best way to juice various fruits and vegetables, which combinations work for what, the best juices for everything from boosting your immune system to losing weight to improving energy levels, green juices, healthy shots, even making alcoholic punches. This is the ultimate juicing resource and it far exceeded all my expectations. The perfect book for any juicer.

A MUST BUY!
This book is exceptional! I love how The first part of the book breaks down all the inns and outs of juicing and also the different chapters of all the different kinds of juicing. This book is simple and straightforward and every juice I've made so far is delicious!

Perfect book for juicing!
This is the perfect book for juicing. The recipes are simple (sometimes only containing two or three ingredients) and taste perfect every time. I have tried mostly the vegetable juices and green juices because I was looking to incorporate more veggies into my diet and each and every one of them tastes wonderful and refreshing. I was looking for a beginner's juicing book with simple and delicious recipes - and this book is all that. The tips and explanations are very well written. I highly recommend this book. I have learned a lot about juicing and I am so glad to have found these simple and delicious recipes. There are a TON of recipes (425 in total) in this book so I have tried a new one every time I juice.. I would say most of the recipes ask for 3 or 4 ingredients.. and in my opinion these are the ones that taste the best!
