Can you use this on a deer?

Bottle label indicates use on horses, dogs, ferrets, and other caged pets. So seems suitable for broad range of animals. Deers being such a sturdy animal, I wouldn't think twice using it on a deer. But if you want to really have a peace of mind, contact the manufacturer. Also, this product works like a charm on keeping the flies off my dogs, and the effect last more than a whole day. Great product and all natural.

Can you use this spray on goats?

I spray it on myself when I go fishing and haven't had any issues. I prefer this brand over others because of the scent, but also I consider it far safer. Also, if you're having issues with your goats and insects, you might want to research adding some diatomaceous earth to their food. My neighbor had used it in her horse food for years when she suggested it to me. I now sprinkle it over the food for my dogs. We've noticed a significant reduction in the number of flies around the area because flies are not attracted to the dung or are killed without using poison.

I disagree with Pamela. I think this product works great ... as a mosquito repellent while I'm catfishing... and as a fly repellent around the outside of my home or on my dogs... but that's not your question. Can you use it inside the house? I believe you expect it to be a pesticide but it is not. It repels the bugs; it does not kill them. That said, you could still use it around your doors, windows and patios to build a barrier around the home. (That's what I do.)

Is this water proof? My lab is constantly in & out of the pool

I doubt it. I used it on horses. It’s a little oily but I don’t think it would stay in with swimming pool water

I spray soaked a cotton rag until it was dripping and while wearing a protective glove I wiped and almost soaked our potbelly pigs faces, ears and around their eyes. I tried this a couple times over a week period. The flies still land all over the areas treated with the zero-bite. This product does not work and does have a fairly strong odor. I thought fly repellents were to keep flies away.
