Perfect for My Tea Time!
My husband and I are currently in the process of remodeling our room, and I told him that I would like to have a “tea station” in the room so I can make my nightly tea in the comfort of our new room. We began searching high and low for a budget friendly, simple, and large quantity kettle. This one the first option that we had!We purchased the White ProntoFill, KP413 kettle option! Here are some things I like and dislike about the product.Likes:- It has a labeled water quantity scale on the kettle.- The kettle heats up water fast and brings the water to a boil quicker than expected. It’s quicker than heating and boiling water on the stove, making our preparation time for tea faster.- The kettle is good quality for the budget friendly price. We were expecting a cheaper plastic material, in which it has, but is simple enough to appear long lasting.- It’s easily accessible and easy to take from one place to another.- The bottom of the kettle allows for keeping space, including an area to wrap the cord once boiling is completed.- It’s a BPA free product, which is highly enjoyable and just what we were looking for.- The kettle has automatic turn off when at a certain temperature.Dislikes:- We don’t necessarily dislike this feature, but the water catcher on the top of the lid is unnecessary when you can push the button on the handle to open the entire lid.- The inside mouth of the kettle could be a bit larger in attempt prevent improper cleaning. My husband cleaned the product upon opening and said it could be a bit larger.- When put on the bottom boiler piece, the kettle does not stay fully secure and wobbles when moved and isn’t very stable on most surfaces. We had our kettle on a counter top and still faced this issue.- This kettle does not have a strainer for loose leaf teas or coffee grounds (but both can be done in this products).- After using this kettle to make coffee, we were testing to see how coffee grounds would work. We would NOT recommend using coffee grounds. It ended up staining the white of our kettle and the grounds are impossible to remove and clean from certain areas on the inside. Keep this a limited kettle after purchasing.Overall, we are very pleased and glad we purchased this kettle. We would definitely recommend this to someone buying in a budget friendly price range or to someone looking for a basic, simple kettle!

I love the product, but I don’t recommend the vendor, I bought two. They send one in great condition and one missing all the parts

Pretty much exactly what you would expect from the listing
So far I love it but I've only used it once to see how long it took and make sure the light and automatic shut-off was working properly. Both worked wonderfully, lights up while it's on and shuts off when it's done. At max capacity with cold tap water it took approximately 10 minutes to boil. This is not maintaining a bubbling, rolling, overflowing boil, in case someone for some reason expects that, but it is and it's perfect for my uses(reg and loose leaf tea and the occasional instant soup). To clarify it does bubble up for those of you who may not know how these kettles work that is what triggers the shut-off so it then goes back to its resting state. The handle remains cool enough so no danger there, the body of it is decently hot though as is to be expected. Currently it has been shut off for 14 minutes and is still steaming. The way I drink tea I could easily drink a cup and still have enough hot water for another which is kind of awesome.Cons:The plastic is obviously a little cheap feeling as a few others have mentioned. This is really inconsequential to me as the price is low enough I would expect Something to be on the cheaper and I'd rather it be that than say the heating element. It's still decently think and so far appears to distribute or not distribute heat as it should, so not a big deal. As a side note is also still looks fairly nice.Cleaning. Okay so these things are kind of always a bitch to clean. For this one the mouth is fairly small so it was a bit difficult to get my hand down in it to wipe it out(and I am a fairly small woman). Again, a lot of these electric kettles have this issue so to be expected. The kettle cannot be submerged so the outside just needs to be wiped down with a damp cloth or sponge and if any soap is used make sure the soap is cleaned off and it's completely dry before use. Now for the little filter. None of my old kettles have this so it's a new, kind of cool little feature for me. There's nothing really telling you how to remove it or replace it so I had to mess with it a little to figure it out and with the cheap plastic I was a little scared to do so. Was also kind of annoying with the small opening trying to see and feel but it slides out with a little pressure and then you slide it in and pop it back into place so pretty simple once I figured it out.The chord. So the chord is reallyy short. Like you should probably just put it right in front of the plug in. This is probably the most annoying con for me cause the spot I had is really right next to the plug in but still far enough away that it barely reached and my kettle is practically against the next item on my counter. I did plan on getting a strip for that outlet so I'll make it work but was still a bit frustrating. So prepare to have it directly in front of a plug in if you keep it on your counter.Packaging. Okay so I noticed others mention this in reviews and was worried about it but mine showed up all in one piece undamaged. BUT I can see where the concern comes from. It is packaged in a plastic bag inside a box inside your standard Amazon so no not a lot of cushion going on if the handlers were too rough I could easily see it showing up damaged.Side-note: now at nearly 30 minutes and still steaming so that's pretty awesome for a ten minute heating time.Otherwise everything looks good I'm giving 5 stars as none of my cons are more than minor inconveniences I mostly expected and don't really differ from anything in the listing. Great bang for your buck, I'm super excited about it and can't wait for the much needed tea-time it will bring me! 😁

Great for the price
Boils in about 3-4 minutes. I like it but it does leak a tiny bit sometimes. Love that it shuts off as soon as it’s boiling and I like the dry boil protection. Indicator light comes in handy. It’s decent but you also get what you pay for. For $10, it’s good quality.

Having experienced the convenience and performance of this electric kettle firsthand, I am excited to share my thoughts on its features, design, and overall value. One of the standout features of the OVENTE Electric Kettle is its rapid boiling capability. This speediness is a game-changer for busy mornings or when you're in need of a quick cup of tea or coffee. Works great
It seems to be made of plastic mostly. It has a water view window which I like. It has a light on it when it's on. The top opening is small but it works fine. It has a really nice thick cord. The hearing pad seems to be made of plastic as well. Both pieces are very light weight. Overall I like this tea pot so far no issues.

Exactly what I needed!
I work from home a couple days a week, and after having forgotten that I put the kettle on the stove until it boiled out more than once I knew I needed to get an electric kettle with automatic turnoff even though I did not want to give up counter space (NYC kitchens mean counterspace is prized.) This is compact, boils quickly, and now I won't burn down the building. If I have anything to complain about it is that it would be nice if the pot held heat. If I go back 30 minutes later to refill the water is room temp and needs to reheat all over again. It is a minor quibble. Very happy with this.

Great for Dorm Use!
I purchased the OVENTE Electric Kettle for my college dorm room, and it surpassed my expectations. The plastic construction felt light, but I appreciated that it was BPA-free. The cordless design was convenient for making noodles or tea in my dorm. The kettle boiled water incredibly quickly and shut off automatically when it reached boiling. Its silent operation was great for shared living spaces. Despite the initial concerns about build quality, the kettle offered impressive performance at an affordable price. It has been a reliable companion for my hot water needs in the dorm. I highly recommend this OVENTE Electric Kettle for college students seeking an efficient and budget-friendly option.
