Is this an official Seahorse organizer and does it come w/ mounting hardware and velcro? Seahorse website shows that it comes w/ hardware.

I don't think so. It does come with Velcro. I used small screws to mount it myself since I have a lot of weight that is in the lid organizer.

Installing screws they dont line up

Installing it was a pain some of the holes dont line up with the screws so u cant screw it all on but if you connect 2 srews with the stickers then you should be good

Holes don't line up

The screw holes don't line up and the bags don't allow for a screwdriver, creating a hard to install product with a raised center section. The actual netting and zippers are good quality, though
