Only one Port Works
I connected this from an ASUS TUF motherboard to a 20pin cable from a MRA358 dual USB front panel adapter. I could only get one port to work, the other would not recognize a flash drive. I then tried Linkup ADP-U31CA20PM-U30IDC20PF-10-N (this is a 9pin Dual USB2.0 to 20pin connector cable), this allowed both ports to work at USB2.0 speeds. This was better for me than having a port on the front that does not function (I already had a USB3.0 and USB-C on the front connected to the original motherboard 20pin connector.

ONLY ONE PORT IS AVAILABLE
If you are getting this thinking you can use two USB3.1Gen1 (5Gbps) ports out of one USB3.1Gen2 Type-E header, you are wrong. This cable only supports Type-E Key-A header, which can only be broken out for one Type-C 10Gbps or one Type-A 10Gbps port, so you will end up getting one fully workable port that can do 10Gbps (I didn't test it since I don't have any 10Gbps device, but I tested 5Gbps and it works), and another port will not work at all (only has power supply). If your motherboard equipped with a USB3.1Gen2 Type-E port and you wanted to convert it to two USB3.1Gen1 5Gbps ports, you'd better do (which is what I am planning to do):[Type-E to Type-C adaptor] -> [Type-C USB3.1Gen2 HUB] -> [Two USB3.1Gen1 Type-A to IDC-20P adaptor]

Easy to fit and works flawlessly
Product arrived with an 'old' label which I had to query with the seller. Apparently Amazon still has some 'old' stock that state USB3.1 Gen2 10Gbps, not the actual product specs as listed. Besides this, product has been working fantastic. Easy to fit, solid motherboard connector, tidy finish.

Manufactured BACKWARDS!?
I'm not sure if it is just the one I received but the usb type E connector was connected backwards. You can cross reference the orientation in the picture(fat corner is opposite to arrows) Compared to mine(fat corner is on the same side as arrows. It would be nice if it was labeled backwards because while confusing it would still work.... but it is wired incorrectly as well as the usb 2 works but the usb 3 does nothing. Waste of time on what could have been a great product.
