colors fade in the sun, stick with chrome version

They fade with tst bit of Sun what they are doing on the truck outside in the first place.
The red and white stripes that made it so cool faded into just a white & orange Blended plate, How spoke to the sellers and complain about it? And they said they would replace him and send me to new ones but that was 3 weeks ago I never got Them.???
