The author provides excellent questions that a leader should consider as they lead a building. I am transitioning to a new building next year and am looking for questions to reflect on...I think I found them!

Very helpfull. More examples needed on community and parental involvement.More practical examples. Mostly very general. But still very useful.

I refer to this book very often- frequently during school breaks. Insightful reading, that allows you to be reflective throughout the year. This book is a short read that’s about practice which can support any leading educational theory out there! Must have for aspiring leaders, or current building leaders.
