Pro: bright redCon: Very small, the elastic on the 3 back doesnt fir around any chair, not very useful.

Works very well. Only issue is with strap. It is not adjustable and my office chair is too wide. Pillow is placed in seat and falls everytime I get up requiring constant adjustments.
