I’ve been using NOW Foods Inulin Prebiotic Pure Powder for a fa while now, and I’m really impressed with both the quality and the results. It’s completely organic, pure, and dissolves easily in water, coffee, or smoothies without altering the flavor much — just a very slight sweetness that’s actually pleasant. After about a week of consistent use, I noticed better digestion and less bloating. It’s also helped me stay more regular, and I genuinely feel my gut health improving. I appreciate that this product is non-GMO, vegan, and free from additives — exactly what I look for in supplements. The value for money is great, especially since a little goes a long way. I usually start with half a teaspoon a day to let my body adjust (inulin can cause gas if you jump in too fast), and that’s been perfect for me. Overall, this is a fantastic prebiotic fiber from a trusted brand. If you’re looking to support your gut health naturally, this is an excellent choice.

I have heard so much about this product but didn't found it as expected. Haven't seen any change in my child behaviour. I hope it works in the future

This inulin powder is high quality, and it has worked great for digestion without causing bloating or discomfort. Please do your research and start your dosage slowly before using it. I took too much for the first time and became very nauseous afterwards. That was my fault. I scaled the dosage way back and have slowly been working towards the full dose amount, and I have not had any problems since. I have noticed smoother digestion since I take it regularly. The texture is fine, because it mixes easily with room temperature water, so I do not notice it. There is hardly any smell or taste to it. The bottle is a generous size and has lasted me a long time. My sleep quality has not changed since I started using it. It is definitely worth the price. The only complaint I have is the way they designed the caps on the bottles.

Studies on inulin's ability to decrease appetite are inconsistent. Studies I read said results can vary between individuals. For me, this has been a game changer. I've dealt with SIBO, so my gut bacteria were out of whack. What is known is that inulin is a prebiotic, and feeds the good bacteria in the gut. And these good bacteria regulate hunger hormones. I would say my appetite has decreased by at least 50% - at least - since I started taking this stuff. But i take more than the recommended dose. If you spend any time online you might have heard from Dr. Gundry, who sites a study in which individuals who were on a 14-day water fast were also given 100 calories per day of inulin. That amounts to 10 teaspoons of this stuff. He says they had no appetite whatsoever. I've been taking about 80 calories (8 teaspoons) per day. I am NOT recommending that anyone do this - I'm only stating what has worked for me. I put it in my water, it has no taste, and dissolves easily in water. I've noticed a slight increase in gas, but no other side effect. Except big decrease in appetite and weight loss! I had gained weight when my thyroid went off the charts. I started doing this about a week ago, and have lost 3 pounds. Haven't changed anything else. So I believe it is effective for me for weight loss. Hope it works as well for you if you try it.
