I’ve used these for years. Great quality and I can even leave them on in the shower. It is a bit of a challenge to get he paper to separate from the sticky part of the pad but 3M’s great adhesive makes it worth it. I highly recommend this produce

I would give these a five star except the 3M paper backing is very difficult to remove and pull’s at the adhesive when trying to remove the paper. With the relief I have it’s worth it will buy again

My daughter needed these for dance class & said they improved her dancing/jumps because of the padding.

I had some problem with pain on my metatarsal area. These cushions totally relieved the pain. But they slip around as you walk so I had to remove a couple stars. Wound up gluing them to a cheap insole.

I'm so disappointed, $15.00 for these and they don't even stay on for 10 minutes! The adhesive isn't worth a darn, it sticks initially and losens immediately, not staying in place. Money wasted! Don't waste your money, you will be very disappointed!

I order these for my mom. She has a callus on the ball of her foot and this works perfect for her. Very convenient, affordable and comfortable compared to other brands. I have been purchasing these for the past two years. Highly recommend if you have pain at the bottom or side of the foot.

Superior quality for sure! I was hesitant to order these because of reading other reviews that suggested the pads were messy, they went flat quickly and the paper was difficult to remove from the adhesive. I do not agree with those reviews. These have been the best padding for my sesamoid fracture. They are thick, they really stick to the bottom of my foot, I can use one pad multiple times, and they are easy to remove when it’s time to remove them. I am so happy to be walking again because of these pads. The price is worth it to me!

These are the best of a not-great set of options out there for sesamoid pain.The cushion is the right thickness for me.Two drawbacks:1. The adhesive is basically impossible to remove.2. They are all left food pads, no rights. I end up cutting them or sticking them to my foot (rather than the shoe).

Only came for fitting left foot, no right foot included in package.

According to my chiropodist this is not the right shape, and a bit too dense. I'm returning them.
