Brilliant value for money, strong and durable fabric, easy to work with on my sewing machine.

Not the thickest so if you want a thick cotton I'd recommend something else but it was the perfect lightweight fabric that I was looking for. It was delivered the next day so a quick delivery.

Seems to be OK, when I get round to it, plan to back my bedroom curtains with it.

Standard white cotton - I used for lining face masks and for making bread bags. Suitable weight for both

This is very light weight. It's not suitable for bedding or curtains, and most definitely not for patchwork. Once washed, it's very gauzy and limp. Be great for a pintucked blouse or something that ends up with lots of layers. Maybe Victorian corset covers or drawers. Will need a lot of ironing. In the end, with a lot of interfacing, it will work for my use for detachable collars, but I'd never try to launder a finished item. It's a lot like Indian madras fabric. It will ball up with each wash.Also, learn from my mistake: I wanted 4 meters. Ordered 4 meters. Got 4 separate cuts of 1 meter. Yes, could have gotten the 5 meter piece, but I only needed 4, and I missed that it was all pre-cut. My bad. Just mentioning it to be sure you don't make the same mistake. Buy the extra meter to get it in one piece.
