This phone looked like everything I wanted in a value-oriented smartphone, but it has to actually work! I should've known better than to buy a phone with no warranty... What does it tell you about a company's confidence in their product if they don't offer a warranty?Anyway...I bought this phone because it had been rated relatively high on multiple websites that rank phones, and this was a solid pick in the value category. Regardless of that however, shortly after the Amazon return window closed and for no obvious reason, this phone began to randomly stop sending and receiving text/MMS messages for days at a time, and then occasionally the mic would also randomly stop working while making calls! The problems would always go away after a time, but if a phone doesn't have the ability to call/text when you need it, it's unacceptable...I had thought that OnePlus was a good company, but it turns out that I'm only one of many that have been having similar issues with their phones of late... Just watch Linus Tech Tips video on OnePlus! I just wish I saw it before buying this waste of money.

Got the phone in April 2022 buy July 2022 the charger stopped working. Used a generic charger and the phone charged slowly, left it on overnight, and still was not at 100%. Wish I could have sent it back but I live in the Bahamas so the cost of return will not be worth it at all. Besides that I actually love the phone

Have used it for a while now. Has everything that I need. Battery life is good.

This phone touchscreen failed after 8 months and became completely unresponsive. Was returned for refund under Asurion policy. Did not connect to cellular networks as reliably as my Samsung Galaxy S9.

I didn't due my research but you should know that this phone is not recommended for use on the T-Mobile network. It lacks the B71 frequency which is at the core of their LTE network. Oh, it will work for voice calls but SMS and data will not work once you leave urban areas. It was dismal in Western Massachusetts and the North Carolina research triangle area.Don't make my mistake.Other than that the phone is fine.

El celular anda muy bien, la verdad que cumplió con mis expectativas. Lo único que a veces le cuesta reconocer la huella digital y con un par de programas se tranca, pero me la juego más a que son esos programas el problema..

Llegó en 3 días, Completamente Nuevo. La interfaz es buena, la cámara desente lo único malo es que la bandeja del sim no es doble.. hay q conseguirla por separado.

Excelente calidad por el precio ofrecido. Buen equipo para el día a día si no tienes mucha exigencia en juegos o rendimiento.

Buen equipo en general pero se compró para una persona que usa dos líneas, el equipo dice que es dual sim pero solo trae una bandeja para una sola sim.

No es dual sim cómo dicen, su procesador 750 no va bien, usándolo se calento y se inflo la bateríaEl teléfono se pandeo y no me dan solución en Amazon

Super contento con este teléfono, al principio aún más por la capa de personalización que OnePlus incluía que se fue perdiendo conforme salieron las nuevas versiones de Android. Un Snapdragon 735 te garantiza que sea rápido siempre. Gama media alta consideraría a este teléfono.
