For the price, this is a great dash cam. I Iove the dash cam and it is so simple to use and very easy to run the wires with all the provided tools.It has a very good field of view and captures the whole entire road very precisely and also has good clarity. It needs a micro SD card for storage. It works fine whether it is night or day.

It took a while to get; may have been on a ship somewhere at sea. LOL I've only had this in my car about a week. The picture upon reviewing using my computer is great; good quality. The cam has a really small screen. Also there was NO instructions included! Is there a site whereby I can download or copy the instructions? Other than that I'd recommend this product.

The big problem with this camera is the power input.Let's begin with the fact that it's a mini usb connector, very old fashioned, but that's not the problem.The camera comes with a lighter plug (not a usb plug with a lighter convertor like in most dash cameras, but an actual lighter plug).The problem is that in my car, same as in a lot of other cars, the lighter input keeps giving power even after the car is off. This means that the camera keeps taking power from the car even after the car is not working. So unless I connect and disconnect the camera every time, my car battery may get dry.And that's not the biggest problem. Because of this problem I bought a new 3m cable with a usb connector instead of the lighter connector, so I'd be able to connect it to the usb input of the car (this is the way it was with my old dash cam and it worked great). But the problem is that when i connected this camera, it showes a usb icon on the screen and it didn't give the option to record.This makes this camera totally unusable for me (and for all other which their car lighter works in the same way).60$ camera + 10$ for the new cable. Money thrown away!

So here I am after using it for few months this dashcam is worth the price. The clarity during the day and at night is excellent. Every time I've reviewed the footage I've been impressed. It has provided me with an added layer of security and hilarity.It's absolutely delightful when someone starts to complain or accuse me of something that wasn't my fault just because... Cue me pointing to my dashcam and raising an eyebrow and they change their tune so fast. The only downside is I wish they had a bigger nice screen. I have the highest GB SD storage card, which is specifically for this dashcam, I could find by the way so that's not the issue.I was in a minor collision that didn't require reporting and, not realizing this tidbit about the time crunch, I didn't check the footage right away. It wasn't until I was in a close call months later that I checked the footage and found that it was still there so I can assure the reliability of it.

This is an initial review of this camera. Video is acceptable and since the interior video is 720p, picture quality is as expected 720p. Having trouble accessing some videos - even though it is in AVI/MP4 form. In any case, 5 star for now. We'll see in about 2 weeks. But can't beat this for the price. Update: After using this dash cam for 2 days, didn't need to wait the 2 weeks, I'm already seeing some problems and this with just using the front and interior camera, I haven't installed the rear (third) camera yet because I wanted to see how this camera performs with just the 2 cameras. The front camera performs well, the interior camera is very grainy especially at night the resolution almost goes down to about 640 maybe even 480 as opposed to the 720 this camera is claiming. Plus, I also noticed some gaps between recordings, the gaps are maybe a couple of seconds between the 5 min recordings but those couple of seconds could be crucial in an emergency. Unfortunately, my 5 stars now is down to 3 and will be returning this camera. Also some recordings are corrupted.....again, that crucial recording is important.Another update: I got a email from the seller about changing my review of this product....unfortunately, I cannot, I do not have a problem with the seller, it's the product itself I am reviewing so I cannot in good conscience change my review of this product.

It has three cameras that shoot very clearly, setup is very easy, the suction cup is easy to attach to the windshield, and holds well. Adjustments are easy to make, and the resolution is fantastic. Sound records really well also. They seem to work pretty well and the image quality is as good as I expected from something in this price range I very like with this.
