Can i use this with the hp omen 45l liquid cooling?

Hi Trey, Depends on what kind of metals are used in the HP Omen 45l liquid cooling system. If it's mixed metals (copper cold plate and aluminum radiator), then I would not recommend using this coolant as it is not designed to be used in mixed metal loops. What's the difference between coolant and regular distilled water?

Can you mix 50-50 a bottel of blue and clear xl8 fluids together to dillute the color?

Yes. I mixed clear and green and I've had no issues. Its been in my loop since December.
