I bought this to put on my farmhouse Buffet. It looks absolutely beautiful. I recommend it if you’re looking for an elegant teapot or just a great decorative teapot it’s perfect!

I ordered two of these for a special function. Sadly, only one of them arrived whole. The other was badly broken because of poor packaging. The teapot itself is absolutely beautiful - graceful, pretty, and large enough to hold an entire quart of brewed tea. I like it so well that I've placed it on my dining room buffet as a permanent display. I've noticed that other reviewers have had trouble with broken merchandise from this company, so I'd suggest that you not order at the last minute or have it shipped directly as a gift. If you want to chance an order, do so in plenty of time to return possibly broken items or request a replacement, and you'll want to inspect it before sending it as a gift. An aside: I like the teapot so well that I've requested a replacement, and I'll keep doing it until I get a whole one!UPDATEI initiated the extremely simple return/replace process with Amazon, and I had a new, perfect teapot the next day. I'm extremely happy with both the product and the way Amazon handled the first broken one. Five stars for the teapot - it's really, really pretty and brews a really good cup of tea. Five stars, too, for Amazon's smooth and easy replacement of the broken one.

I'm happy with the quality of this product, except that the colors were not consistent. I ordered the teapot, cups/saucers, dessert plates and the sugar/creamer sets. The dessert plates and teapot are stark white and the cups/saucers and sugar creamer sets are all cream colored, I ordered it as a gift and had to wait 6 weeks for part of my shipment to arrive after the first two shipments. I don't want the hassle of returning it as the reciever's birthday is only days away now, but I wouldn't order from this company again.

This is a pretty and very serviceable sized tea pot. It is not too thin, so it is not too fragile. It pours very well. The top has little slip-stopper, so you know it is meant to be used, not just admired. I made a cozy for it and look forward to lots of tea.

Pours great, retains heat. Our only issue was finding a tea infuser that fit through the opening. We had to buy a long, oval-like shaped one. Looks very beautiful!

This came in perfect condition from amazon. it is very pretty and poors well. Lid did not fall off either (although i still like to hold it). very pleased. i ordered the sugar and creamer in november and am still waiting (i ordered it knowning it was out of stock and "would ship when available."). i'm happy to wait a while longer, but couldn't get any information on when it "might" or "if" be available.

Very pretty design for an inexpensive teapot. The elegant spout does not dribble and the lid has that little lippy thing that keeps it from falling out when you pour - I've no idea what it is called - but you know what it is. I like the feel of porcelain and the look of the white pot with it's elegant flourishes. Glad I ordered it.

I had this type of teapot before and it broke. Elegant and makes a great cup of tea. I have the creamer and sugar container that match this tea pot. One of my favorite teapots.
