I bought it to sleep on my back after surgery. I tried several brand of pillows but this one did the best job. Very comfortable. The side while not too high were still able to prevent my head/neck to turn or fall on the sides.It said a satin pillow case was included but was not to be found anywhere in package.

The box came torn and opened. The pillow has been used before it came to me as it had stains and hairs all over it. Disgusting. I’m attempting to return it as I write this review. Would not recommend at all.

Après avoir souffert des semaines durant de migraines constantes, j’ai décidé d’acheter ce coussin vu que rien ne marchait pour me soulager de mes douleurs. Une nuit passée à dormir sur ce coussin et je me suis réveillée sans migraines pour la première fois depuis longtemps!! Depuis, je n’ai plus du tout mal aux cervicales ni de migraines. Je dormais toujours sur le ventre et ce coussin me permet de dormir sur le dos et le côté de manière super confortable! Le côté anti-âge de ce coussin est aussi un grand plus ;) de plus, les vendeurs sont super sympa et se soucient beaucoup de la satusfaction des clients! J’étais tellement enthousiaste de ce coussin que j’en ai acheté un deuxième pour ma mère qui souffre d’une hernie discale à la nuque. L’effet est le même! Plus de douleurs dès deux nuits sur ce coussin! Je recommende vivement!!

J’ai commandé cet oreiller après avoir lu les commentaires élogieux sur le site amazon.com et je l’ai reçu à mon domicile en 48h.J’avais un peu peur qu’il soit trop dur ou que l’on ne puisse pas tourner la tête. En fait il est très confortable, pour dormir allongé sur le dos ou sur les côtés. Je suis très satisfaite de mon achat. Il faudra voir à l’usage s’il est efficace sur la réduction de mes rides de déshydratation autour des yeux.Le SAV est exceptionnel et fonctionne aussi en France ! Le lendemain de ma commande, j’ai reçu un email (en anglais) de « Max », directeur de MyFacePillow, souhaitant savoir si j’étais satisfaite de mon achat et me proposant de m’envoyer gratuitement des Etats-Unis une taie en satin.

If I could give this pillow a 10 star review I would. It’s a great pillow. It totally conforms to your head, keeping your head and neck in an anatomically correct position while you sleep. It’s amazing. I wake up with no neck or back pain. But there is more, so I wanted to share my story.I pulled a weird little muscle in my neck some time ago and every once in a while it acts up. My chiropractor suggested sleeping on my back and keeping my head straight. He suggested putting a rolled (small) towel under my neck for support. I tried that and it works for most of the night but not very comfortable. He also suggested I research pillows and I found My Face Pillow.When I received the pillow, I tired laying on it. it was thick and my chin was not aligned. So I was going to return it. The day I received it, I got an email from Max, the company’s CEO, asking how I liked the pillow. I told him of my concern. I am very petite 5’2” and weigh under 100 pounds and the pillow just seemed too big.Max wrote back immediately. This was his response: We do strive to make sure all customers are happy, as I do understand one size does not fit all in this case. We are happy to provide a refund any time (I won't even require a return), but I wanted to see if I might be able to offer some solutions that you would be able to use the existing pillow or even make a custom pillow for you if you do like the concept of the MyFacePillow. Just let me know, we are always looking to go above and beyond.What a pleasure to get a letter from a company that has integrity and really cares about it’s product and it’s customers.Yesterday I went to see my chiropractor, because that muscle was acting up again, and brought the pillow Even though it did not fit me, I thought the design was great and that the owner, represented a great company and product.My chiropractor loved the pillow and asked me to lay on it. Initially, he said the same thing, that it was too thick for me, causing my head to tilt down, but after closer inspection he noticed that the form was immediately conforming to my head. He suggested that I sleep on it for the entire evening and see what happens.I slept the entire night. The pillow conformed to the shape of my head, allowing my chin to be aligned. I did not roll on my side and I woke up with no neck or back pain. Amazing!!I not only kept this fabulous pillow, but I ordered another one for my other home.

Je l'utilise maintenant depuis deux semaines et en suis très satisfaite. La première chose que j'ai pu observer est que mes migraines du réveil ont disparu et que mes yeux n'étaient plus gonflés le matin. La peau est lisse au réveil donc j'imagine que dormir sur cet oreiller diminue réellement les rides du sommeil sur le long terme et ce, gros avantage, sans rogner sur le confort. Je dors sur le côté sans problème. Service après-vente très soucieux de la satisfaction des clients. En bref, je recommande.

I bought this product twice cause the pillow sides were too close to each other for my big head. I waited 24 hours to use either one. I slept a night using each one. Bought the cooling option first.COOLING OPTION:- It really does feel cooler cause of the pillowcase (ONLY DIFFERENCE).- Foam is FIRM and retains it's shape.- It did NOT feel comfortable cause of the firmness and the sides were too close together.LARGE OPTION:- Bought this to see if it avoids squeezing my head because of the sides.- Sides were CLOSER together than the regular cooling option pillow.- Foam was more FLIMSY you can see how thinner it is. Because it is so flimsy, it gives in to the center bring the SIDES CLOSER TOGETHER.- But the flimsy foam actually was MORE COMFORTABLE to sleep in and the NECK BUMP foam was more comfortable it's not jutting firmly into your neck.TL;DR:LARGE OPTION is more comfortable for the neck cause it's less firm but the sides are closer together cause foam is so flimsy that it gives in the middle folding inwards.COOLING OPTION is more firm and retains it's shape better, it's actally cooling.What I wish:- LARGER pillow wider sides apart- NECK bump SOFTER NOT FIRM- COOLING pillowcase on the larger pillowIf you have a smaller than average head & don't mind a firm piece of form jutting into your neck while you sleep, choose cooling pillow.If you have an even smaller than average head and don't get hot at night, choose large pillow and just buy a cooling pillowcase.
