Can irritate sensitive skin
This has a terrific scent from the essential oils but it seems to be very harsh to sensitive skin areas, most likely because of the magnesium. So just be forewarned. The combination of oils and magnesium does make for a soap that can really relax and calm you, but even though I generally don't have issues with any soaps, this one does cause me skin irritation

Lavender soap for leg cramps
My wife places the Natural Bar Soap with Frankincense & Lavender Essential Oils and Magnesium under the sheet by her legs for leg cramps at night and it works.

The added magnesium seems to help lessen leg cramping at night.

A little disappointed.
I did receive it and it smells good but they put it in a Manila envelope and when I opened it, the packaging got wet or moist somehow and looked like crumpled. Also, the sticker on the back of the soap got wet so the sticker is hard to peel off. I bought 2 bars, one for me and a gift for a friend. It looks (packaging) pretty shabby, but we’ve been friends for years, so she’ll understand.
