I suffer with osteoarthritis of the shoulder. I was taking far more painkillers than is prescribed, this started leading to stomach problems. I thought I’d try this heated neck and shoulder pad, I have previously used a microwaveable type heat pack which is okay when hot and helped a lot. Since I started using the product I have drastically reduced the amount of painkillers I use and with continued usage I have experienced a noticeable improvement in my shoulder condition. I can’t recommend this product enough, if you’re suffering with a neck, back, or shoulder condition then give this product a try. I was concerned that the power usage might prove to be expensive but it’s draws the same amount of power as a 100 watt lightbulb so hardly noticeable. 5 stars.

I like this as it covers your whole back and neck well, although the press studs are a little tight if you want the top one done up around your neck as it would near enough strangle you and I'm a woman, 5ft 4ins so what would it be like for a man. Also when you put it on and sit down the shoulders stand up, they don't sit flat on your shoulders so for me who has arthritis in my shoulder doesn't help at all.Six heat setting which get very warm which I liked and it switches off after a while ( not quite figured that out yet as there is just the one button to turn it on and the heat number setting but no idea how long it actually is programmed for ?All in all it's okay, it has some faults but it is good to heat up your neck and back.

This is the 3rd one I've actually bought as I over used and sat and lay on them for hours and burnt out 1 but me and wife use them so need 2 at all times as we have alot of pain but had to find an alternative to medication as we needed to much and heat was next best thing and these are great for back and neck and also used on knees and shoulders and even across my abdomen

Where it plugs in from the wall to the blanket/jacket is easily pulled out! It's annoying and I haven't had it with previous products of this type. One slight tug or pull of the lead and it's disconnected. In addition, the buttons are easy to knock on and off. Again, on previous similar products, the control panel was a slider rather than button which couldn't be accidentally switched off.Aside from those irksome issue, it's great and is a good temperature and size.Despite those 2 annoying features, I have currently ordered a second as the first one broke after a year of daily use (so it has great longevity too)... due to it being on offer at 26 quid :D. It's defo worth the small inconveniences at that price :D

Chronic pain symptoms from fibromyalgia have been calmed by using this heat pad.A painful shoulder condition has been significantly improved by wearing this pad across shoulder and buttoned up the neck.The best things about this heat pad are it’s softness and flexibility. It can be worn as designed to button up around the neck and run down the shoulder and back but if needed it can be draped across any area of the body for a very soothing heat treatment.The heat varies from low at level 1 to maximum level 6 which is warm enough to feel comfortable but not too hot that you feel it burns.Other heat devices need to be microwaved frequently or filled with hot water in the case of old fashioned hot water bottles. This plug in heat pad gives controlled heat without the need to get up and refill/reheat the device.It switches off after two hours. It’s easy to think you could fall asleep wearing it so it’s great to have this safety cutout in place.I happily give it five stars and would recommend it to anyone. It has exceeded my expectations and I’m very pleased to have bought it.
