Listen I don't know if I just didn't read the description well or what but I did not realize this rug was going to be silky. I opened this rug and went oh no...I can't walk on this, I'll slide and die.I was pleasantly surprised otherwise. I love this rug. It is so soft and yes silky. It's so much fun to roll around on. My kid makes angels on it and slides all over it and so do I. It's one of my all time favorite purchases. 10/10 would buy again. It's amazing.
