Great Stuff!
I coat my fish with olive oil and then sprinkle both sides with this seasoning, then cook it. It is amazing...just ordered my second bag of it!

A friend brought me a pack of this from Hawaii and I was hooked. It's the best spice mix anything seafood (however, note that it is *not* spicy (hot) at all). I was so happy to find it on Amazon.My best - and easiest - recipe, that consistently gets rave comments from my friends, is to rub a bunch of fresh shrimps with it, and cook them in the pan with a tablespoon of coconut oil. This rub goes very very well with the taste of coconut. I sometimes add a bit of coconut milk if I serve it with rice, so I have a little bit of sauce. Takes 5 minutes, and it's amazing. Thank you Aloha Spice!Their other rubs are also very good.
