Q: how many filters is that 8 for the price?

Not sure as this isn't what I ordered but it looks like you'd get 4 merv 8 filters. I wouldn't buy filters from Filter Buy at all if I were you! They aren't even close to the advertised rating, undersized and anemic. They are inferior quality and very cheaply made.

Q: How often do I change these filters monthly or 3 months? I usually buy the 3 months ones but I don’t see where it says how long these will last?

I change the air filter every 3 months.

Yes, that is correct. 20 is the width and 30 is the length. Have a nice day!

Q: Filter turns brown with dust quick. It’s a new build. Should I change it as soon as it’s brown, or will once a month work?

New builds have a lot of dust - I would probably change at least twice a month until the dust settles down - probably close to the first full year.
