Easy to install, EXCELLENT quality!
The style is more appealing than the plan jane one we had before. Looks nice , because it IS NICE! Good quality thick durable plastic, and Operates EXACTLY as described. No slamming of the lid anymore! Easy to clean! Could not be happier!

Great seat, but lid is flimsy...
Looks good, Easy to install. Slow close works well. Silicon gaskets on mounting area keep the seat from shifting. Easy to lift as edge of seat overlaps front edge of bowl a bit, and lid overlaps seat a bit. The only reason I'm returning it is the lid is flimsy - it dents in and shifts if you sit on it. Fortunately, that doesn't seem to damage it. If you get dressed in the bathroom and sit on the lid, I wouldn't recommend it.

Comfortable
My favorite thing about this Hosslly toilet seat is that it is comfortable. That's pretty much the most important thing to me in a toilet seat. The soft close works great but mine just won't close all the way. That is why I dinged them a star. The seat closes but the lid stubbornly maintains a 1 to 3 inch gap when it should be closed. See pics for what I mean. It has gotten less over the past week or so, so maybe it will go away but it's annoying to look at for now. I like that they included a silicon gasket for under the seat attachment point, many don't and it lets the seat slide much too easily. This seat stays where I put it even with my 6'2" 250 lb butt on it. installation is standard for a toilet seat, with a nylon bolt and nut to secure it. In all a solid and very comfortable seat that I wish would close all the way.
