We bought two of these to use in the two bathrooms in our house. We bought one in stainless steel finish to match the sink faucet in my bathroom, and one with the matte black finish, which is a great match for the oil-rubbed bronze faucet in my wife's bathroom. We both absolutely LOVE these, and are wishing that we had bought them sooner. These replaced our two old-design bathroom sink stoppers, the kind that have a long, white plastic part that goes down the drain and that connects to a pull-rod mechanism that is on top of the faucet (that opens and closes the stopper) that is found on all older bathroom sink faucets. These new stoppers are SO MUCH BETTER! One of our old bathroom sink stoppers was connected to its controlling pull-rod and therefore couldn't be removed easily, so I had to wrestle it out of the sink with a pair of pliars in order to remove it. I did eventually get it loose, and a piece of the old stopper's plastic part broke off and was flushed down the drain. Once I removed the old stoppers, the water in our sinks was already flowing a lot more freely, with no water backing up in the sink like before. Before we got these new stoppers (which look beautiful, by the way), our sinks would drain very slowly, and they often got clogged up. In fact, we've had numerous different plumbers out over the years to fix these sinks when they got stopped up, and the plumbers all thought there was something wrong with our old drainage pipes or sewer lines (as it turns out, there wasn't: We just needed new sink stoppers, ones with a newer design that were free-flowing.) And the seal of these new stoppers is excellent, thanks to the silicone gaskets that come with them. And these stoppers are so easy to install: just push them snugly in place in your sink's drain, right on top of the old sink drain hold (see the drainage hole measurement range in the product description, but I'm guessing that these would fit just about any bathroom sink.) This stopper catches loose hairs in its basket that can be easily removed, emptied and cleaned out by unscrewing the stopper part (and then screwing it back in after cleaning it out--So quick and easy.) This product is high-quality, and is extremely well-designed. We expect these stoppers to last for a very long time. I like the fact that this stopper comes in four different finishes, so one of those finishes is sure to match the faucet in your bathroom. We highly recommend these. We love them so much that a 5-star rating just doesn't seem like enough stars for this outstanding product. And I don't believe that I have ever felt that way about any other product I have ever bought. It's the best!

These are a fantastic and easy answer to leaky or broken sink stops. They fit seamlessly right on top of the original ring and improve the look transforming the sink appearance into a crisp and fresh look. Takes only a few seconds to install and they are water tight.

This stopper looks nice and works well. It is easy to install—just drop it into the drain. The only flaw is that the lip is raised slightly so the water doesn’t completely drain. After running any amount of water, even without using the stopper, a small amount of water will pool on the lip. Over time, I imagine this will tarnish the lip area unless you pull the plug completely out to drain the water. This flaw is probably intrinsic to the design of the stopper and cannot be changed. The stopper is still worth buying though.

This sink stopper is terrific. It fits the bathroom sink perfectly. The brushed nickel finish exactly matches the faucet. Once the original stopper was disengaged and removed, I just dropped it in. It was so easy. It drains fully and quickly. I am very pleased with this stopper!!

A great fix for the bathroom drain. Far superior to the ones that lose the black finish. The old plunger type connected to the top stick next to faucets. Plus to clean just simply take it out and clean it. No more going under sink and play with the darn connecting rod that moved the old stopper up and down. This little inexpensive sink stopper is a blessing and looks great.

I bought this stopper for our bathroom sink. It looks and works so much better than I could have hoped!! It drains incredibly well, works great as a stopper, and is shiny chrome !! Great product !!

Okay design. Gets moldy when underneath so needs frequent cleaning which is just how products like this are I suppose. Does a decent job keeping a seal. If you have toddlers it kinda sucks because it just lifts right out and it easy for them to take apart and drop the small parts down the drain which is frustrating because preventing that was the whole reason I bought it in the first place. My husband has to take out drain apart tonight to get the piece out.

I live in an older home and have recently done a refresh on my bathroom. I got a gold faucet but a new sink wasn’t in the budget so I couldn’t switch out the silver plug hole. I found this and decided to give it a try. It works great and looks fantastic. I highly recommend it.
