Just received and set this item up. Seems good value for the price. The chrome color looks as elegant as a toilet roll holder can, and seems a great bargain compared to similar products at higher end stores. The height is good for a standard size toilet. Extremely easy to assemble with no tools required. Hoping the arm piece will stay in place with extended use. Overall, happy I finally purchased this item and looking forward to seeing how it holds up.

This thing is perfect! It is marketed as a toilet paper holder and it works well for that but once I put it together I found it is also a great towel holder and I purchased one for each use. It is very tall so long hand towels, folded, don't touch the counter which is great, because that would be gross. Also, it keeps your wet hands over the sink so the floors stay dry. Now if my socks get wet, I figure it's dog drool... It has black velvety material on the bottom and I place it on a washcloth to keep it from getting wet. Really pleased, very easy to put together if you don't have mod-sev hand pain or limitations.

Item arrived on time, as described, looks nice and was easy to put together. Only downside is that the end piece is small and the bend is slight, meaning that the roll falls off easily if jostled ... and I have rambunctious children, so the roll falls in the floor rather frequently. I'm looking for something to glue on the end to hold it in place a little better.

Great product when you don’t want a big hole and your wall in your bathroom and I didn’t want a big hole and I love this product.

Looks nice. Works adequately. But not as stable as I want. Needs a bit more stability to be good for a busy bathroom. If the base were heavier and/or wider it would be more stable, perhaps. After using this for a few months, I am going to replace it with one that has more stable base.

This product came exactly as described. Easy to assemble and all size TP rolls fit fine. Product is a free-standing unit and will tip over if you don't hold it with one hand while applying sideways pressure as expected. If you want it to be stable don't buy this and purchase something that attaches to your wall. I love that I can move it around, bring it closer for the little grandchildren, further away for grown husband, left handers, right handers, it's great and looks great in my bathroom. I recommend this product if you are short on wall space in your BR.

We needed to do something about the tiny bathroom in our Florida apt, which is so short on real estate that turning to get at the TP mounted on the cabinet next to the throne inevitably resulted in a bashed in funny bone. Not funny when it happens. This was the perfect solution. Assembled in 2 minutes, takes up minimal floor space, light enough to move around as needed but heavy enough to stay put, solidly made and looks attractive. It actually helped brighten up the entire look of our dingy little toilette.
