Amazing results!
The format and pump system is brilliant. Perfect size for frequent travels. Texture and application is the best I have ever tried. Excellent value for money!

I like this product
The creek has a good smell and it applies well on your skin. It’s not greasy and I like the pump system

Saw some improvement
Bought this first in a cruise ship. I saw some improvement in skin texture and fine lines. So refilled on amazon. Same price as ship. It’s not inexpensive, and not a miracle cream, but decent results.

No Big Results
I recently received a complete set of ELEMIS skincare products to try - a foaming cleanser, a night cream, a day cream, two facial oils and this neck/decollete balm - so I've been using them as a "system." This is a UK brand that's new to me, but I did a bit of research and really like their ethos of using natural plant-based active ingredients. I should start by saying you're either going to love or hate their products, all depending on how you feel about strong aromas in your skincare. So far, I'm loving five of the six the products I've been using and feel that I've seen palpable results in just a couple of weeks. Unfortunately, this balm is the exception that proves the rule. If, like me, you're a woman of a certain age you know that the neck area is pretty impossible to firm/tighten (without the assistance of a cosmetic surgeon) and this has done little to dispel that belief. The texture is not what I would describe as a "balm" but more of a thin milky serum/lotion. It absorbs almost instantly leaving my neck/chest area feeling dry, tight and ever so slightly tacky. And the smell reminds me of tart cherry or pomegranite, even though nothing like that is on the list of ingredients (which includes rose and mimosa flower extracts plus cumin, cedarwood and lemon oils). The fragrance might be attributed to either the extract of Seabuckthorn (which is apparently some sort of fruit) or artificial fragrance, which is listed tenth in the long list of ingredients. While, I highly recommend most ELEMIS skincare products, I'm not particularly impressed with this one. If you're interested in trying this brand, I'd recommend investing in one of their luxurious oils instead.

Great Product
Found this product first on a cruise. I ordered it from Amazon and feel as though it is one of the few products that really works.
