Gear VR Replacement Foam Face Pad For Virtual Reality Headset

These feel nice but the size isn't the same as the original. They do fit however but you have to attach them to the edge of the velcro lining of the oculus be headset. I am trying them on the S8 Plus headset. I have not cleaned them or used them for a long period of time yet. Will update after more use. My photo shows the replacement liner on top of the grey original liner.

I do like these better than the pad that comes with the gear vr, but, saying they're sweat proof or resist sweat is total nonsense. They're a non porous material and thus will bead up sweat more than the stock felt pad. But they are thinner, which makes the device sit better on my face, so i would still recommend them, even with the sweat issue.

I bought this to have replace the original one on my Samsung Oculus that was getting a touch ragged looking. I figured I would give these a shot since the price was cheaper than the others and if I didn't like it - then no big loss. I am glad I took the chance on this items. Well worth the price. You get two in the package which is always a nice thing to have a spare. My kids and I thought this was a little more comfortable than the original one that came with the lens. It seemed to have a little more cushion feel to it which made it much more comfortable around our face. Fitting it on the lens is a breeze! Just following along the rim and it attaches to the velcro. Fit perfectly on my lens and as i said i found it to be a little more comfortable that the original one.If you are thinking of replacing the foam insert on your lens I can tell you - you will not go wrong on this. No need to spend lots of money to get the same results (and maybe better) than the more expensive ones. I highly recommend this to have on hand. Better to have this and not need it than to not have it and need it!

I was looking for better padding to help combat the fogging problem I have, these are nice and help, but didn't Fix my problem.Good for an upgraded pad replacement

I was expecting more cushioning but still more comfortable than the stock pad. Easy to install and fit the 3rd gen model, 2017 black with controller.

Great product.If sharing, I suggest getting the replacment headliner so you dont have to share a sweaty liner.

Short: Feels much more comfortable than the normal foam and stays much cooler than the orignalA very well made product, the foam is comfortable and seems durable. It helps keep fog off the glasses too. It doesn't feel too sticky and is breathable. The only issue is a athstetics issue, it seems to fold up and scrunch when you are not wearing it. It doesn't effect the comfort of it but isn't the prettiest looking. Still not at all a big issue so no points off there.

A little smaller than original soft face pad, but no problem fitting it to my 2016 Gear VR headset.Love the fact that it can be easily cleaned. I have a small head and, for whatever reason, it fits better to face with these (not as much pressure over my nose as with OEM pads). Be aware, however, that it will mark your skin more than the original, but nothing that a 5-minutes wait before showing your smile to the world cannot remedy.
