Reliable Off Grid 3500W Pure Sine Wave Inverter 24VDC to 120VAC Converter Home Inverter (Black Iron)

I was truly excited when I purchased this inverter. I ran a 5 amp / 600 watt freezer for two months and then it malfunctioned. I contacted the seller who sent replacement parts. I had a tech replace them and we attached it to the battery's again and it blew 4 fuzes. The engineer stated that the 600 watt freezer was too large for it as a motor can pull 7 to 10 times the rated power on start up. At the max it would only pull 6000 watts for a moment and then be back to 600 watts. it is rated to handle 7000 watt surge. I do have a friend that is running 2 freezers and a fridge on a 3000 watt inverter so I am wondering if I may have chosen the incorrect manufacture. I wrote the company and they wanted to test the same pieces once again but didn't understand that nothing was plugged in this time. I have written the company once again and will update you on my progress.

This was the second inverter I bought from reliable that burned up internally. Only lasted 5 months. No repair facility in USA and cost to return to china for warranty repair are outrageous, not to mention how long it would take shipping each way. The printed circuit board caught fire. manufacturer asked me to open and attempt repair saying they would send me the necessary parts. What a joke!So take my advice DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER UNLESS YOU WANT A BOAT ANCHOR AFTER A FEW MONTHS.

Everything went very well

use 24/7 as residential main power supply for my home. Easy installation and excellent performance. Both the DC input voltage display and the AC output voltage display are most convenient and I am really please to have them. I Was always having to check with my voltmeter the battery bank voltages with prior inverters. Overload protection with alarm has saved me more than once and the low voltage alarm and disconnect has worked to spec preventing over discharge of my batteries.was using AIMS inverters which didn't last for more than 5 months before failing sent to repair twice and still non functional after a few weeks use each time. Then was sold a 7000 watt continuous inverter that turned out to be only 5600 watts. Needless to say I stopped buying from AIMS.I tried another brand sold on amazon. com but was not pleased with the performance of the device which didn't display the correct voltages.I have been using this inverter from Reliable for the past 3 to 4 months with no issue. My only question is just how long it will last with every day use.
