This copper mug set is the best I've seen. My wife is the bar manager at a local distillery serving up the best craft cocktails with Mule's being a big part of the menu. With that being the case, I've seen and used a lot of copper mugs. These Copper-Bar mugs are just different. The size is perfect. They definitely look better and seem to keep the drink colder! Dare I say I think the drinks even taste better! The craftsmanship of the mugs is second to none. The straws and jigger just complete the set! Any time we have guests over, I always get compliments on the set! While the copper mugs and the entire set are fantastic, Copper-Bar's customer service is even better! When I got my set, my daughter noticed that one of the mugs had a small dent in it. It was small, but it was noticeable. I tried pushing it out with my hands but the quality of the mugs wouldn't let it pop back out. I reached out to Copper-Bar's Support email and Daniel responded indicating they are sorry and they stand behind their product. He asked for my order number, Name, address, etc. I responded with that information and within a day I received another email that they sent a new set to replace my damaged one and to just keep my original set. I will ALWAYS recommend Copper-Bar for anyone who asks me, and the next time my wife's distillery needs to buy new copper mugs you can bet my recommendation will be Copper-Bar Moscow Mule Copper Mugs!
