The light watt is not enough for the seedlings or plants etc
I used it for like a month.. the seedlings are streching in search of light .. i recommended not to buy it .. waste of money.. go for full spectrum lights

Not worth the money
After using it for almost 3 months, my succulents still streching, even after keeping this light on for 12-18 hours a day.. light is not enough for plants.. better go for full spectrum light
