The biggest disappointment is that there is little to no compression in the extended legs of the lining.Also, order one size small than normal for a good fit.My first pair was XL, but kept them and order another two pair in L. I'm a 36" waist and 5" 9" tall; normal build.Excellent and cool, I like to work out and hike in them, but wish they had compression as listed.

The idea of this is nice and super convinient. At this price point, it seems like a better option than to buy two seperate articles of clothing. But the compression part isn't that great. It does compress well on my legs, but not so much in the crotch region, and I'm slightly above-average sized down there. When running, your balls can still bounce around which defeats the purpose. The biggest issue I had was the large seam that runs down the center, causing discomfort. It's not even a tight seam, but a loose fabric one that sticks out (or in this case, inward). If they can somehow change the design so that the crotch region doesn't have a center seam, I think these shorts would be decently comfortable. But as of now, it's not. Even moving it to the side and I can still feel the seem pressing up against me. Stick to seperate compression shorts or a jock strap underneath gym shorts.

Love them! Husband ordered himself a black pair and me the black and green ones. We both loved them as soon as we out them on and ordered a few more for each of us.I'm 5'3", 151 lbs and just had a baby. I ordered a medium from the size suggestions, and should have got a small if I wanted it to fit like in the pictures. However I don't mind the under part being loose while I'm working to lose this baby weight.My husband is 5'11", 230-240 lbs and ordered XL a little loose as well and said he will order down a size next time.

I hit the gym four to five days a week on the way to work. I do cardio, bike and treadmill, and weightlifting. These shorts are cool, comfortable, and functional. They don't bind or ride up. There is a zippered pocket, on the upper back, that I use for my keys and the inner leg pouch holds my phone perfectly. The phone has never fallen out while running or doing weights.There is a loop in the upper left back waistline, for a gym towel, that I don't use. It is a little too small for a towel. Not really a problem as I hang my gym towel around my neck.The compression shorts act as undershorts and does a great job. As such, I purchased four pair so I can have a clean, non-sweaty, pair every morning.
