Arrived as a bag of bits, badly scratched.
It arrived damaged and looked second hand.

Same Key as another Schlage deadbolt I purchased
Good quality as expected by Schlage. However, it came with the same key as another Schlage deadbolt I purchased at the same time. Not ideal since I am using it for commercial use. Still kept it anyway to avoid hassle of returning and re-buying.

Check Re-Keying Cost in Your Town
This Schlage deadbolt is a great product, butt the sellers need to up they're game to include an option to specify that one key can open all the looks you order for the same house. I ordered 3 locks and had to have two of them re-keyed to open all the doors to our house with the same key. Cost is somewhere between 20 to 30 bucks per lock.

Looks Great and Feels Solid
This makes my Weiser lock feel like a toy. Very good quality and made of strong materials. It feels very solid when you lock and unlock using a key. The keys are of a much better design than the regular cheaper residential ones. The chrome also looks amazing.You don't have to worry about it being picked drilled, but be sure to reinforce the door frame because it can still be kicked!
