This is a great product. Consistent.

The anu thailam was very good and effective. You have to remember to use it after your nose has had some steam treatment to open up the sinuses etc. I use this oil after taking a hot shower because that is also steam treatment. If the oil stings it means you really needed it. You have to be careful to only use 2-5 drops. My headaches, sinus pressure, pain in the base of my skull etc. are greatly relieved. You have to lie down for a half hour after using the oil in your nose. I only use this everyday for a week twice a year and then once a week every week the rest of the time. I put a few drops of warm A2 ghee in my nose before bed every day when I am not using Anuthailam. Ghee is safe to use every day but Anuthailam should not be used every day from what I read on the internet forums of ayurvedic practitioners.

I'm very disappointed. One of the tubes had dirt on it (like earth), another tube contained only sesame oil (or something close to sesame oil) without other necessary ingredients which are required to be in Anu Thailam - because I know how the real Anu Thailam feels when you put it to nostrils! Hope it does not hurt, but it does not give any benefit either. Even label was attached with a tape... ridiculous.
